North Korea preparing for missile launch in
NEXT FEW DAYS NORTH Korea is preparing for an imminent missile
test after government officials intercepted radio signals. One Japanese diplomat warned that secret communications
suggest another test is close. The launch could form part of the hermit kingdoms
army winter training regime. An official said: There is a possibility
of missile launches in the next few days.

Tensions have ratcheted in the region as North
Korea continues its quest for long-range nuclear weapons. The US and its allies have stepped up military
