North Korea planning Christmas NUKE SURPRISE
for United States NORTH Korea is planning to launch a missile
at the United States near Christmas time, it has been warned. South Koreas National Intelligence Service
said yesterday that Kim Jong-un could be gearing up to carry out a series of missile tests
at the end of this year. It is thought the regime will try to hide
the activity by pretending to launch satellites into space. There has been an eerie silence coming from
the hermit state, with not a single missile being fired in 68 days.
This even prompted speculation about Kims
health, with fears the tyrant leaders expanding waistline could have left him in an incapacitated
state. But it is now claimed Kim is preparing for
his biggest show of force to date. Spy sources in the South say the regime is
expected to launch a missile by the end of the year but that it could still happen at
any time. Yi Wan-young, a member of Seoul's Parliament,
said: The agency is closely following the developments because there is a possibility
that North Korea could fire an array of ballistic missiles this year under the name of a satellite
launch and peaceful development of space, but in fact [North Korea's aim is] to ratchet
up its threats against the United States." Last year, fears mounted Kim would target
the West around December time.
Pyongyang was furious at an earlier round
of sanctions by the UN and promised to retaliate. The Norths foreign ministry said at the
time: The resolution is as good as a declaration of war. But the festive-time missile never materialised. Instead, Kim addressed his people on December
25 to announce a purge of party members..
