Chelsea transfer news lates: Chelsea sign Morata on five-year deal after agreeing club-record 65m ALVARO MORATA has finally become Chelseas club-record signing in a 65million switch. The Real Madrid hitman arrived at Heathrow yesterday with his agent andwife Alice Campellobefore heading off to sign a five-year deal worth 160,000 a week. Alvaro Morata proudly hold a Chelsea shirt after signing for Blues. Moarat has become a club-record 65million signing.
After signing for Blues, Morata said: I am so happy to be here. Its an incredible emotion to be part of this big club. I am looking to work hard, score as many goals as I can and to win as many trophies as possible. Technical director Michael Emenalo added: We are delighted to complete Alvaros signing and welcome him to the club.
We believe he can make a great impact for Chelsea and look forward to seeing him in action. Alvaro has proven class at the highest level and his quality will be a huge asset to Antonio and the squad. The Spanish international said his goodbyes to team-mates yesterday and was given a round of applause as he left training on Reals US tour. Real Madrid rushed to say their goodbyes to Morata yesterday.
Morata shakes hands with Zinedine Zidane as he leaves Real Madrid. The deal smashes the 50m Blues paid to sign Fernando Torres in 2011 - with Morata admitting he has asked the Atletico hitman for tips on succeeding at Stamford Bridge. And it comes as a second boost of the week for Blues fans, after Antonio Conte signed a fresh two-year deal on improved terms. Morata had already hailed the Italian as the key factor in his decision to join Blues.
He told SkySports:Chelsea is the best club. Antonio Conte is one of the best coaches in the world and I am so happy to work with him.. Asked how close he was to joiningManchester United, Morata added: I dont know. The most important thing is I am here and will play for Chelsea.
It is one of the best leagues in the world and I am so happy to be here. I spoke with (Cesar) Azpilicueta and he told me everything is OK here. Alvaro Morata enjoyed for his Venice wedding to Alice Campello. He appeared set for a move to Manchester United at the time.
Morata spent the summer with a move to Manchester United hanging over him. But he had plenty to take his mind off it with his wedding at a glitzy bash in Venice last month. Negotiations then dragged on with United - with Mourinho since claimed Real were demanding 80m. Morata seemed to have few concerns, heading off for a honeymoon to a 7,000-a-night resort in the Seychelles.
In a separate interview, he had earlier said he was leaving Los Blancos so that he could grow up with Blues. He said: Im going to the team managed by the coach who has placed the most faith in me, and thats great for me. Im not disappointed about anything, Ive won four titles here (Madrid), but now I only think of putting on the Chelsea shirt. Blues boss Conte arrived with his squad in Beijing earlier today.
Morata fired in 20 goals for Los Blancos last season. The striker got his hands on the Champions League trophy in Cardiff. I want to grow up, if I didnt I wouldnt have left. Id like to thank (Zinedine) Zidane and wish him luck for the upcoming season.
Thanks to all the Madridistas who supported me. I will always wish Madrid the best.. Morata netted 20 times after returning to Real at the start of last season, winning La Liga, the Champions League, the Uefa Super Cup and the Fifa Club World Cup. He fired in 27 times in 93 games in two seasons with Juventus, bagging two Serie A titles and two Coppa Italia wins before Real activated his buy-back clause.
His signing ends a frustrating summer for Conte, who is set to have spent a combined 137m on Antonio Rudiger, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Morata..

#Chelsea Transfer News Bakayoko move this week claim, Costa could stay, Danilo targeted
Chelsea Transfer News: Bakayoko move this week claim, Costa could stay, Danilo targeted Chelsea are planning to sign Tiemoue Bakayoko by the end of this week. Chelsea are looking to complete a move for Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko by the end of this week, according to the Daily Mail. The move looked to be in doubt yesterday as Starsport understood Manchester United had also agreed a fee for the 22-year-old. But the Mail reckon the Blues havent been deterred in their pursuit and plan to get a move completed by the end of the week.
Hes expected to cost between 35m and 40m. Diego Costa is open to staying at Stamford Bridge. The striker has been angling for a return to former club Atletico Madrid this summer after being told by Antonio Conte that he was no longer in his plans for the upcoming season. But Starsport now understands that both parties could patch up their differences ahead of the new campaign.
Any Atletico approach for the striker has been complicated by their transfer ban that expires in January. Chelsea have targeted Real Madrid right-back Danilo. The defender was used sparingly by Zinedine Zidane last season as he was behind Dani Carvajal in the clubs pecking order. Any according to Transfer Market Web, Chelsea are interested in bringing him to west London as they prepare for a Champions League campaign.
The Blues already have Victor Moses filling the position, but theyll be playing in four competitions next season and could use greater depth..

The Utah Uranium Mining Rush That Never WasNBC Left Field
We're out here in Bears Ears, in Utah,
looking for a tiny bit of uranium-rich land. And if we find it, we're gonna stake it as our very own NBC Left Field claim.
President Trump recently reopened the Bears Ears National Monument to new
mining claims. "Public lands will once again be for public use." That means that
land that was protected, kind of like a national park, is now open to new claims
for valuable minerals. "Outrageous gold rush-style grab of public lands to begin
on Friday." And valuable minerals, historically, they lead to land rushes.
The U.S.
Has had a lot of them, especially since all the land was American-Indian
land in the first place, before the God-given idea of manifest destiny swept
American settlers westward. Famously, you have the Oklahoma land rush, where
50,000 people rushed for desirable farmland, and the California Gold Rush,
which did you know the claim system that came out of the Gold Rush is still the
basis for our mining claims today? Meaning any company or U.S. Individual can
literally put stakes in the ground and prospectall for the low cost of $212 per 20-acre claim, with a little field work and
a lot of paperwork. So yeah, we thought there's gonna be like,
a flurry of mining claims, as was heavily reported.
We should maybe get a literal
stake in this story because it might just help explain what's going on with
mining and America's public lands in 2018. Except there was no land rush.
The land rush was supposed to start on February 2, and I got to town a few
days after. I had to go pick up brochures from the Bureau of Land Management, the
BLM, on how to prospect. Find your discovery site, and that's generally
where you put your discovery marker, and then you'll mark your claim corners.
I bought a lot of maps. I had to pick a square on this 1.3 Million-acre area
that I wanted to prospect in. Visit the county recorder's office to see what else
had been staked in my area. But since the county doesn't track if claims are still
active, I spent a very long night trying to cross-reference it to a BLM database
called LR 2000, and was just trying to do all this as fast as possible to get
in on the land rush.
However, I was the only person in town. And really the first clue
that there was no land rush was the local newspaper. "Mineral restrictions
continue in Bears Ears country." It's a headline that's frankly so boring that I
didn't even notice it was the same story right away. So I immediately went around
the corner to meet Bill.
"I'm the publisher, editor, and janitor at the San Juan
Record in Monticello, Utah. It's not a bunch of people in Levi Strauss jeans
panning for gold. About 95 percent of the initial land designated by President
Obama in 2016 continues to have significant restrictions on the
development of minerals." OK, have a look. So Obama created the Bears Ears
National Monument as one of his final executive actions, protecting 1.3 Million
acres of federal land that, yeah, actually already had some mining
restrictions on it.
Only a year later, Trump shrunk it by 85 percent, creating
instead two smaller national monuments. And much of the acreage he took out just
returned to being, say, National Forest Service land or wilderness study, which
has its own special mining rules. More than that,
the Utah Geological Survey says there's very little energy potential inside the
original boundariesmeaning there aren't any commercially valuable minerals.
The oil and gas wells have all been plugged, and there's just not that much to rush for.
The on-the-ground reality here is that there's very little change, there's
very little opportunity for change. So while Bill's
reporting explains why there wasn't a rush of new mining claims, there's
something a bit bigger at play here.
See, Obama protected more federal land from
development than any other president, and he did that through something called the
Antiquities Act, which allows presidents or Congress to protect the land of
cultural or historic importance and turn it into something like a national park. Like, for
instance, Bears Ears was protected because five tribes have historical
claims to the land. The history of land rushes is actually pretty dark, when
considered from the perspective of the American Indian. In the 1800s, when American
settlers believed that they and their institutions were destined to expand
westwards, they steamrolled over the very briefly
proposed permanent Indian frontier.
The idea that Native Americans could have
all the land west of Arkansas, Missouri, and Iowa in exchange for, you know, white
settlers getting the east. And briefly, guard towers were even set up to stop
settlers from trading in Indian Territory without permits. The frontier
never really took effect, as settlers rushed for gold in California or to
stake farmland in the Midwest. Today, there's a couple dozen sites that are
integral to Native-American history, preserved in national monuments or
national parks.
But Bears Ears was one of the largest
designations of land based on their cultural history.
Public land in America, all the federal land, is managed through a multiple-use
policy, meaning that you have to weigh competing interests. When Obama protected
1.3 Million acres for Native-American history, ranching families felt like he'd
overstepped. From this day forward, a new vision will govern our land. It's going
to be only America first, America first.
At the recommendation of his interior
minister, Sec. Ryan Zinke, Trump's shrinking of national monuments is kind of an
America-first policy, through the dual mission of energy security, like
producing more of America's energy domestically, and a return to what the
Trump administration calls traditional activities on the land. We're going to
get a wonderful announcement coming up on Monday. We will put our nation's
treasures to great and wonderful use.
Together, we will usher in a bright new
future of wonder and wealth, liberty and law, patriotism and pride. In addition to
shrinking Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante, the Trump
administration is reviewing 25 other national monuments for reduction. And
because the Antiquities Act doesn't specify if you can shrink national
monuments, tribe,s environmental advocacy groups, and even Patagonia, an outdoor
retailer, are suing the federal government.
That litigation is pending in Washington. But, as of February 2, the land out in
Bears Ears became fair game.
We're just out here in like, millions and
millions of unmarked acres, trying to figure out which 20 of them we should
claim. So the land was only protected for a year, and anyone could have made a
claim in the, like, 100 years leading up to Obama's decision. So
hopefully this stays up. But if you actually want to find the miners, look a little outside
the boundaries.
So right outside Obama's original designation, is the Daneros
Uranium Mine owned by Energy Fuels International. They haven't mined uranium
since 2012 because the market price of uranium is so low. Uranium prices surged in 2007, and I saw that actually when I was at the county recorder's
office, where there were dozens and dozens of mining claims filed in the
years leading up to that. It's not that hard to file a mining claim.
These claims
could lead to future mines, but it will be years and years of paperwork. There were in fact
two claims filed the week I was out there. And one of those claims came from
a pair of activists and bloggers for REI, another American outdoors company. And
they decided to stake land to see if it would actually prevent others from
mining it.
But that turned out to be optimistic. There is quite a bit of evidence to say
that this is not a useful way of preserving an area. Because someone can
just put a claim on top of your claim. In fact, President Trump's decision to
shrink Bears Ears impacts the Daneros Mine's plan of operation, which was always
outside the boundaries.
In late February 2018, the BLM approved the Daneros Mine
for a five-fold expansion over the next 20 years,
which means if and when they get back into uranium production, they could be
transporting up to nine truckloads a day of uranium ore on roads that cut through
the national monument. And in the BLM's rationale for this decision, they
mentioned that the smaller monument area means a lesser environmental effect. So
even though there was limited potential for our project in pretty much every
sense, we wanted to see it through. NBC Left Field is gonna stake some land.
What
do you make of this plan? Good luck finding some land that doesn't already
have significant mineral restrictions. For you to make a valuable
discovery, you're gonna have to go get some permits, which is probably at least a two-year process. So in Part 2, I'm gonna take you down the rabbit hole. So
you go down, and down, and down.
Northeast corridor in the southeast
corridor, section 23, township 36. And show you how you actually file a mining claim,
and what you can do with thatalthough maybe by the end of it you'll decide it
isn't really worth your while. Anyway, you can decide. Click here to watch.

DISAGREE WITH THE PRESIDENT, OF. COURSE HE IS A SCHMUCK, OF
COURSE HE'S NEVER READ THE.
CONSTITUTION, BUT I'M TOO MUCH
OF A COWARD TO SAY THAT. CLEAR ENOUGH. BUT THERE ARE SOME
REPUBLICANS WITH PRINCIPLES, RECENTLY BOB CORKER STOOD UP TO
HIM -- BY THE WAY LINDSAY GRAHAM. IS NOT AMONG THEM, LINDSEY
GRAHAM, WHO USED TO STAND UP TO.
TRUMP FROM TIME TO TIME, WENT
GOLFING WITH HIM, SAID HE SHOT A. 73 IN WINDY AND RAINY
CONDITIONS, HE BEAT ME WORSE. THAN HE BEAT ME DURING THE
PRESIDENT SO RACE. THEN APPARENTLY SPENT OVER HALF AN
HOUR WITH GOLF MAGAZINE BRAGGING.
ABOUT TRUMP'S GOLF GAME. THAT IS
SO SAD. BUT BEN SASSE FROM. NEBRASKA, ANOTHER REPUBLICAN,
HAS OPPOSED THE PRESIDENT FROM.
TIME TO TIME AND HAS SHOWED SOME
PRINCIPLE. I KNOW HIS NAME IS. PRONOUNCED "SASS" BUT I LIKE TO
CALL HIM CLASSY BEN SASSY. HE TWEETED OUT -- >>OF COURSE SENATOR SASSE IS
RIGHT.
IN THE OATH OF OFFICE YOU. SWEAR TO NOT DEFEND YOURSELF AND
BE WORRIED ABOUT YOUR OWN EGO, BUT TO PRESERVE, PROTECT, AND
DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION, AND. I'VE GOT NEWS FOR TRUMP, THE
FIRST AMENDMENT IS ACTUALLY IN. THE CONSTITUTION.
REALLY? YES,
REALLY. THE GUY IS OUT OF. CONTROL, COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY
OUT OF CONTROL. LUCKILY THERE.
ARE SOME PEOPLE AROUND HIM TO
RESTRAIN HIM, BUT IF OUR SYSTEM. DIDN'T WORK AS WELL AS IT IS
KIND OF WORKING NOW, AND IF THE. REPUBLICANS CONTINUE TO GO
ALONG, AND MOST OF THEM HAVE NOT. BROKEN RANKS WITH HIM, I GIVE
YOU ONLY THE ONE OR TWO GUYS WHO.
DO BREAK RANKS, BUT REMEMBER THE
GREAT MAJORITY OF THEM, 90% OF. THEM, ARE LIKE YES SIR,
ABSOLUTELY SIR, YOU WOULD LIKE. TO DESTROY THE PRESS? SURE, SIR. THEY ARE CERTAINLY NOT SPEAKING.
OUT AND CONDEMNING HIM, OTHER
THAN THE GUYS I LISTED THERE. SO LET'S HOPE OUR SYSTEM IS
STRONGER THAN DONALD TRUMP AND. CAN WITHSTAND THE DAMAGE HE'S
TRYING TO CAUSE, AND NO, MR. PRESIDENT, YOU CAN'T SHUT DOWN A
PRESS ORGANIZATION BECAUSE THEY.
WRITE THINGS YOU DON'T LIKE. THAT'S NOT HOW AMERICA WORKS. I TOLD YOU ON ELECTION NIGHT,
BRACE FOR IMPACT -- THIS IS. IMPACT..

Path To Radicalization A Mother Turns to HateNBC Left Field
Time for talking is about over. History
is not made by long-winded debates. It's all about love for our race, and love for
our people, and the advancement of our race, and the advancement of our people. And be proud of my children.
Males between the
age of 17 to 25 don't have anything steady in their life. Some of these
people are just out there playing dress-up with real-life consequences.
I'm not in any of these groups or anything. I'm just a mother who loves her son.
I can't work with a f------ n-----.
They irritate the s--- out of me. That's who changes history.
But you also had very fine people on both sides. Do you think that what you call the "alt-left" is the same as neo-Nazi? I've condemned neo-Nazis, but not all of
those people were neo-Nazis, believe me.
The Unite the Right rally on August 12, 2017 in Charlottesville, Virginia, turned violent and left the nation divided.
After the hate rally that took place in Charlottesville, Virginia, a video went
viral showing the beating of a counterprotester named DeAndre Harris.
Jacob Scott Goodwin was identified online and arrested, charged with unlawful wounding,
a felony that could carry up to 20 years in prison.
I met Jacob's family in the aftermath of the rally.
They fiercely deny the charges and say that Jacob was defending a fellow white
nationalist. His parents are poised on the edges of the movement that Jacob has
joined. Let me just remind you, anything that's recorded can be used in any kind
of a trial, OK? Any kind of litigation, so just keep that in mind, OK?
I'm very, I'm very happy that God gave you to me and not somebody else.
I'm glad
that you're my son, not somebody else's son. I love you with all my heart, J.
It's gonna be all right, son. It's gonna be OK. Photos and videos showed at least six
white supremacists punching, kicking, and beating Harris.
Calling me N-word,
telling me I'm not supposed to be here, telling me to die. I'll see you soon. Alright, girls, girls. Let's go, let's go for it!
You better hurry, they're gonna get it! He's just a political prisoner.
And I couldn't be more proud. He said, "Mom,
this white man was getting beat up." And I. Said, "Oh my God, what did y'all do?" He said,
"We retaliated, we couldn't let him get beat up." He just didn't stand there, and I
didn't raise him to stand there and just watch somebody get the snot beat out of
them and almost kill them. That's why I'm proud.
If he would have done something bad, he
would have been violent to somebody, I say you're gonna have to take your
punishment. He didn't do anything wrong, all he did was see somebody get attacked
and he tried to help. I don't agree with every point of view that Jacob has. I know, I
don't 'cause I don't know it all yet.
I know that what he did was right. When
there's a situation where someone's in need, get involved, don't ignore it. This here is my world, OK? I go to Walmart, I do my shopping, I go
have lunch with my friends, I come home, I make sure my husband's got his clothes
washed and his supper done. I raise my children.
I don't want this to define us.
I don't want this to make us somebody that we weren't. I just want to live my life
and love my children and my family. You know we're not like that, you know
they're saying he's a Nazi and everything, did you see it on TV, too?
No, I haven't seen it. You know, Jacob's a separatist.
There's a difference, they're not learning what the difference is between a separatist and... It's not about a
black or white issue, you know how we are. It was about the statues, to start with, you know, about history, yeah. Why does
everything have to turn to white or black? That's what I don't get.
Look, we just want heritage to be preserved and see our posterity. I could promise you not
one man here was thinking, "Well I'm dying for a noble cause, trying to
protect slavery." Yes. These men were in conflict, and I think Jacob feels he's in a war in his opinion,
where maybe people are starting to radicalize against white people.
I didn't realize he had become that associated with any of these ideals or groups up
until the day that Charlottesville happened.
That's when I found out, was
Charlottesville. Me and Jacob are 10 years apart. We love each other and we
talk as much as we can, but there's been a lot of distance between us.
As me and my parents have never really seen eye-to-eye since I was probably 15.
I had had enough of religion and racism. I'm not into either one of those things.
I went to the Marine Corps at 17 and I.
Left. People like my brother that are of
a certain age, a certain mindedness already, like you might not be full of
hate but you might be a little bit racist and, you know, you think racist
jokes are funny, and you got a chip on your shoulder, and you don't have any
group that you belong to, and people that are manipulative, they seek out people to
do their biddingthat's the kind of people that run these organizations.
What we have to focus on now is Virginia, we have to focus on making sure he has the
best legal representation possible, so that he will come out of this without a
felony conviction on his record. I don't want him to do any time rather than what
he has to do before the trial. Listen, minute Jacob walked out that
house, they're getting ready to arrest him outside and they're patting him down,
but he said, "Call Billy.
Billy's the one you're supposed to call."
There is no freaking way in this whole world, all of the rest of my life, that we can
ever, ever repay you. Ever. Billy Roper has spent his entire
life championing white supremacy. He's the leader of the ShieldWall Network,
the organization Jacob is in.
You're helping me raise this man, tooyou don't
realize that, but you are. Billy has organized legal and financial resources
for the Goodwin family since Jacob's arrest. I'm an activist. I'm a true
believer.
My dad was a member of the Klan, as were both of my grandfathers.
My father was also a member of the Klan. Billy Roper is a very educated man.
Very educated. He is a quiet, respectful man. Yes.
I've never heard Billy put down
a person. Around me, it's always been, "Our race needs to take pride in itself again." Someone has to be the one
who says the most radical and extreme things, make it possible for others to
say, "Oh I may not be as extreme as Billy Roper, but, you know, he has a point."
We have been conditioned to believe that the people who call themselves Jews
today are the Israelites of the Bible, and they're not.
We've had our birthright stolen by people who are claiming to be God's
chosen people, when they are not. I don't owe a Jewish person anything, they, they
are the ones that denied Christ. All those promises that God made to the
Israelites, were made to whites because we are the true Israelites.
I'd switch places with Jacob in a second,
if I could, because Jacob is my brother. He is without a doubt one of the
most strong-minded people that I know. Willing to fight for what we are all
trying to fight for. It's all about love for our race, and love for our people, and the
advancement of our race, and the advancement of our people.
I think we
should go full Third Reich. There's so much negative connotation with all that
stuff that happened back then. Der Fuehrer showed us a way.
We need, essentially, the Fuehrer again. Someone who has to devote their life
to a single goal of a Aryan reich.
Ten years ago, whenever I would
go to a white nationalist meeting, I would be the youngest guy in the room
and it looked like it was a dying movement. Now it's just the officers.
The first time I ever heard of Billy Roper was two days after my brother was
arrested. People like Billy Roper it's people that have an agenda, and they need
other people to parrot their agenda, and they find people that are easily
manipulated, males between the age of, what, 17 to 25 that don't have a career,
don't have anything steady in their life. Like that's a pretty easy target.
Some of
these people are just out there playing dress-up with real-life consequences. That's a k--- right there. Shower time! I mean, like, I don't see any
hateful symbols anywhere around here, you know what I mean? But we actually made it a
point to not bring hateful symbols because it shouldn't be about hate, it's
more so about love. Current's moving faster than anybody can.
It's not a
fringe movement anymore. Black lives don't f------ matter! Because if they did, they wouldn't kill each other like animals in the streets of Chicago. I'm not choosing a side, I'm not gonna
choose a side. If you went to Charlottesville, you were either on the
right side, you were on the left side.
There wasn't no in-between. You were
either on this side fighting or you on this side fighting. Wish people would
give me a chance to understand that I'm not on the left side and I'm not on the
right side. I'm just a person.
I'm just a mother. We got letters that call
us horrible parents, call us Nazis, said that we taught our children nothing
but hate, that people like us deserve to die. I've never been affiliated with any group or anything. I mean why would you jump on me? I've never,
you've never seen me at a rally or a protest, ever hold up a sign.
I don't know
every view these groups have. Right. Billy said that after he talked to you? No, that's a quote of his. We said from the onset we don't agree with everything, and they're probably not gonna agree with everything we say.
But... But you know that talk right there is gonna
recruit people. We have been pushed into a situation we didn't want
to be in. We did not want to be in this situation.
I've got like a Kevlar, like a Operation Desert Storm-era one but I
like this one. Let's go ahead and get started.
My name is Billy Roper and this is a meeting of the ShieldWall Network and
we are without any equivocation a white nationalist preppers organization. For
too long, people who think like we do have only communicated online and never
developed the trust of looking someone eye to eye, shaking their hand, and becoming an
in real life friend. Don't discount our numbers, there are many more of us than
you would imagine.
When you go back after this meeting and you're online, look for
people in your area who are likeminded, or who are right-wing, or
conservative. If they can be cherry-picked and radicalized towards us.
They just need your leadership to bring them further to the right, to awaken them. I think that after hearing how the situation is going, you all understand how important it is we continue to support him, not just this legal
defense, but also his commissary, and to send him cards and letters to keep his
morale up. But also we've been raising funds through the online website and on
the 14th or thereabouts, I think his parents plan on going to visit him, so
here's $700 that've been raised online to help you guys with your travel
expenses for that.
And there'll be more coming. We're going to now talk about the
ShieldWall Phalanx, which is the defensive arm of our organization. I'd be happy to
host the Phalanx to come up and practice formations. We have, you've been
to my house, we have property, so if we need to build a bonfire and do that at
the house or whatever in the afternoon, we could do that.
So if you guys are willing
then, January the 20th at y'all's house. Is that cool? Yeah. How do you feel about your
parents becoming political? It's definitely something I never thought would happen, but it happened, so I know something great has to come out of it. We weren't involved in this before, until our son
became involved in this.
We've had to discuss race with people more in the
last four weeks than we've had in the last 15 years of our life. I mean, we
didn't walk around thinking or discussing race, it
just didn't come up in our life. I can't just sit back and do nothing now because
a lot of what these guys have told me... It's come true.
I see that they are correct. We're living in a time that I never
thought I would ever live to see in this country. Your race is on the verge
of being pushed into extinction. That's right.
I have a letter that my son wrote
that he wanted me to read to you. My dearest comrades, I write these words to
you from the darkness of a cell. My crime is being unapologetically white. Now they
aim to break our families, our belief, and our spirits, but it would be to no avail.
Our enemies know that together, each flame makes a mighty torch that expels
the darkness.
Written by Jacob Goodwin, a political prisoner. And his last words,
"Hail victory!" This fight is a good thing. We're learning that we have to recruit
in our white society. Our history will stay strong.
I just wish I had more boys
to give y'all, that's all. So that's what I did for the movement when I gave
y'all Jacob. Yeah! She said this is my son and she will stand
strong for him. And she is the sort of person that's standing for us.
So hail
victory! I don't want to watch that. No, that's not
me at all. I'm not... I don't really have anything nice to say about that at
all, or any of those people.
He's gonna be around when he gets out. He's gonna be ready with y'all. He's saying, he's ready. He's ready to fight with y'all again.
As a human being and as an Asian person, I am horrified by
the ideology of these groups. There is this woman here who clearly loves her
son, who just did a symbol that Jews around the world,
Asians around the world, minorities have spent so much time getting rid of,
get rid of. And then here I go. I was doing it just for Jacob.
I'm not there.
Jacob was there. And would Jacob do that? He would have done that as the group did it. Now I'm knowing that it's a bad thing. I
won't do it again because now I understand what you're saying it stands
up for what.
But, but for the way I was doing it, I didn't think it was a bad thing.
It's your responsibility to understand what kind of ideology... [Yes]... Your son has gotten himself
into. Billy Roper, they Google him, the first thing that comes up is the
Southern Poverty Law Center that says he is one of the biggest extremists in
America.
"Every non-White person on the planet has to become extinct." That is Billy Roper.
But I didn't know at the time. I'm finding all this stuff out after the fact, you know.
I was just born to be a mother, wasn't born to be in politics, or
understand what Hitler freakin' done, I was just born to be a mother.
And be proud of my children. Why can't I just be proud, Ed? Why? Why can't they
just let me be proud, Ed? Lots has changed since you were here last time.
I'm waiting to go
to war, you know. I was asked just to do some military drills. I'm the only guy
probably they know that's been in the military, but as far as a leadership role,
no. I'm not a leader.
They haven't changed who I am.
I still have my own mind, my own morals. For visual effect, you get 15-20
guys all dressed in the same uniform, holding shields, and their boots on a
pavement. It has a psychological effect on people. It intimidates people, and
that's basically what you want.
This was their first training, I thought they did
really good for their first training. I was proud of them. I was proud that Scott's
kind of stepped up to the plate. This is changing me, it's changing the person I
am.
Anger does make you look at things differently. You begin to say, "Look, I
don't care, I don't care how you feel about me." The only people helping my
son are these people. I could care less what you think about me because I know
me. I know who I am.
I'm done making excuses for them. I'm done giving them
the shadow of the doubt, and being, like, they're older, and blah blah blah blah blah.
Like, that's it. I don't have enough time and energy to make sure that they're on
a good life path. I don't want to be involved, don't call me, don't tell me
about it.
I love my brother, good luck! That's where I'm
at right now. I love you, good luck! Semi-monthly, training sessions will be held by Chris
and Scott for Central Arkansas. You guys will be in charge of scheduling those,
and running them, and your shifts. I think he'd be proud of his dad.
I think he is proud of his dad.
Any time they want to come here and train, I'll
feed them. I made friends. Through Jacob being in jail, I've made great friends, I've
met great people. Would you say now you're, like, fully a part of this
movement? I'm on board to support and to help.
I'm not joining it, I'm not
joining a group. Scott and I ain't joining a group. I have to fight an
unjust and an unfair world with my son, so be it. If my husband has to get out
here and train them so be it.
In the last few months, you've gotten really far into
what a lot of the world would say is a very corrosive movement. Scott is
training these people. It looks like you're going into this movement with Billy.
Just because I'm here with them, doesn't mean I agree with them.
I don't agree with some of these hard people, I
don't agree with this violence. You don't have to be violent to have a violent
ideology. I was raised to believe that Nazis were evil. They killed six million
Jews and Jehovah's witnesses.
They invaded Russia, Poland.
I wish you'd have this talk with Jacob. Did you want to say anything to Ed?
Ed's here. Hey, what's up, Ed?
Let me ask you this: what do you think of the Holocaust? Should that have happened?
The Holocaust? I believe that millions of Europeans and millions of non-whites died.
And six million Jews.
That number's up for debate. OK, but you recognize that Jews were
systematically killed in the Holocaust? I don't believe so. I believe they were
trying to develop an ethno-state. Are you thinking...
So you're telling mama,
are you telling me and Ed that you think that none of them were gassed or none
of that happened? No, I don't believe that. I've not... Ed, if you could produce one document that ties Adolf Hitler to the gas camps, or the supposed death camps, then you'd be a rich man.
Because they don't exist. In your meetings, you invoke Nazi imagery.
You'll say, "hail victory."
You have swastikas. Clearly, these are things that you romanticize. Rhino
sings and he says, "Look at that k--- right there, it is shower time for you!"
What does that mean? Do you really believe if they were systematically gassed in a shower... If you wanted to kill a whole bunch of
Jews, pile them in a room and then just shut the door, they're gonna suffocate anyway.
You don't need to drop Zyklon B on them. It makes no sense. He's not gonna debate and he's not gonna
argue...That's not his way. Y'all may not see eye-to-eye and I know you keep
bringing up the Holocaust at every, every issue that you have, and evidently it
means a lot to you, but he's going, he's gonna tell you
honestly what he thinks, he's not gonna bulls--- you.
So y'all...
But then you may have... Tamera, do you understand what he's saying, just
listening to that, do you understand what he is saying? I don't mean to be ugly,
it doesn't matter to me. It's horrible what happened to these people, but you're not
gonna change it either. Even if you're saying, it's horrible
what's happening to these people, but then Jacob just now, you heard him as
well as I did, that he...
I really wasn't, y'all were having your conversation,
I wasn't really listening. You need to listen! I don't get into it, I...
But you have to! I'm sorry, Tamera, I don't mean... It doesn't... It doesn't upset me, it doesn't because you know what?
He goes on this all the time.
Listen to your son. Your son, basically
he thinks that the Holocaust was just this accident, that we bring this up as
if it's nothing. I don't agree with that. For you to say you
don't know, is really problematic.
But what, what difference does it make to
me right now? I'm not gonna be able to change his thought, or change your
thought, I don't have a thought about it. I've heard them debate. I just... I do
just like this.
I just sit and... But you can't, you cannot do this right now. Because, you know why? Because the world is watching you..
is not made by long-winded debates. It's all about love for our race, and love for
our people, and the advancement of our race, and the advancement of our people. And be proud of my children.

most strong-minded people that I know.

Calling The Election A Brief History OF NBC News ProjectionsNBC News
Governor Thomas E Dewey today conceded the
presidential election to President Truman under a New York dateline. The Associated Press has not conceded
a total of 218 electoral votes to General Eisenhower. The new popular vote reporting now
45% of the popular vote is in. At 7:19 AM Eastern Time, Senator Kennedy was elected
President of the United States.
The results in yesterday's general
election are still trickling in. The latest figure shows
President Johnson nearly 41 and three quarter million, Senator Goldwater
nearly 26 and one quarter million. Nixon it's the one, that's the natural
banner for any front page tonight. At almost midday eastern time,
NBC News projected Richard Nixon the 37th president of the United States, when it
became evident he had carried Illinois.
Now if you wanna put
the electoral board up, we can see the dimensions of Mr.
Nixon's landslide tonight. Jimmy Carter, by our calculation has
won Presidency of the United States and Gerald R Ford has lost the first
election of his entire life. You've seen the map,
we've looked at the figures, and NBC now makes its projection for
the Presidency. Reagan is our projected winner,
Ronald Wilson Reagan, of California,
a sports announcer, a film actor.
Good evening, everyone, I'm Tom Brokaw,
at the NBC News Election Headquarters, and NBC News now is able to project the
re-election of Ronald Wilson Reagan the 73 year old president of the United States. The winner of this contest
with Walter Fritz Mondale. Good evening once again and vice president George Bush who's been
living in government housing for the past eight years will continue
to live in government housing. He'll move from Massachusettes Avenue
to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
NBC news now projects that George Bush
is president-elect of the United States. We're back now and we have a whole
run of presidential projections for you. They all belong to Bill Clinton,
he has passed the magic number of 270. The governor of Arkansas who was
once described as being 40 at 16 and then 16 at 40, in terms of his
behavior during those races, he is now elected President of the United
States according to our projection.
Tonight, Bill Clinton proves
his title, 'The Comeback Kid.' He is our projected winner as
President of the United States. Tonight, 35 days after he first
prepared a concession speech, Vice President Al Gore will
give up his long fight for the presidency in a nationally
televised speech. And Texas Governor, George W. Bush will follow with his first
speech to the country as President elect.
What has been the most bitterly contested
presidential election in modern history is now expected to turn to notes
to grace and reconciliation. Giving Nevada to President Bush, with its five electoral votes,
gives the President 274 electoral votes. He needed 270 to be reelected, so we are now saying George W Bush
has been reelected. We have news.
There will be young children
in the White House for the first time since
the Kennedy generation. An African-American has broken
the barrier as old as the Republic. An astonishing candidate,
an astonishing campaign, a seismic shift in American politics. Hang on Chuck, hang on Chuck.
Here we go. We've got some critical calls. Yes we do. Let's see hear, roll them.

#Chelsea News Costa in London for talks, Abramovich angry with Conte claim, Wilkins fury
Chelsea News: Costa in London for talks, Abramovich angry with Conte claim, Wilkins fury Diego Costa is in London to have crunch talks with Chelsea boss Antonio Conte. The Spain international is currently in Brazil and refusing to train with the Blues. Conte told the striker he is no longer in his plans at Stamford Bridge, saying Costa needs to find a new club. And Spanish newspaper Marca say Costa is back in London and ready to return to Chelsea training.
The striker knows he must get back to full fitness if hes to make Spains World Cup squad, as well as get his return to Atletico Madrid in January. Roman Abramovich is furious with Conte and Chelsea chiefs after failing to land their top transfer targets. Ross Barkley, Romelu Lukaku and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain all rejected the Blues this summer. And Spanish transfer outlet Don Balon say Chelsea owner Abramovich isnt happy.
They claim the Russian will demand answers from Chelsea chiefs Michael Emenalo and Marina Granovskaia, as well as Conte. Don Balon add that Abramovich is also bemused as to why Conte told Diego Costa to leave the Blues. Chelsea were stupid to sell Nemanja Matic to Manchester United, Blues hero Ray Wilkins claims. Chelsea sold Matic to United for 40m this summer and hes impressed under Jose Mourinho, much to the annoyance of Wilkins.
Its the worst [decision] Ive ever seen, if I can say, Wilkins said on Sky Sports. I cannot see that for the life of me. Youve got a guy here who was so paramount to Chelsea along with Kante in the middle of the pitch, winning the championship with Chelsea the year before and all of a sudden youve sold him to one of or the biggest rival we have. I say we because I am a Chelsea supporter so Im speaking from the heart when I speak.
I just could not see that for the life of me, why would we let Nemanja go there?. Hes been outstanding for us and youve seen in the short period that hes been there how hes allowed Pogba to basically do what he wants..
